  • Voice data protection:
    - Development of devices and systems for speech data protection using complex masking signals with frequency range from 160 to 8000 Hz
    - Research of speech articulation in conditions of broadband noise with signal-to-noise ratio from minus 10 to minus 30 dB
    - Development of methods for speech-like signals synthesis 
    - Methods and systems development for detecting undeclared opportunities in computer devices
    - Research of acoustic leakage channels of speech data
  • Electronic materials and components:
    - EMI shielding and absorbing materials designed to protect against EMI leakage (penetration)
    - User protection system against PC electromagnetic radiation
    - Research of optical and charging properties of carbon aluminum oxide coatings
  • Superconductor components:
    - Quantum interference detectors based on nanonets of semiconductors

2020 – 2022 PROJECTS

Scientific and technical projects are carried out within the framework of international and national programs, including jointly with partners.

1. Development of key technologies for assessing the security levels of speech information in important places and methods for their application.

2. Electrochemical aptasensor based on surface-activated electrodes with carbon nanofibers and ordered mesoporous carbon for the simultaneous determination of compound aminoglycoside antibiotics in milk.

3. Obtaining of physical and mechanical as well as optical properties of selective carbon-oxide composite absorbing coatings with a structure modified by carbon nanotubes for heliothermic systems
