PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENTS

  • Developed the electrochemical technology for the manufacturing of metallized Al / Al2O3 bases with high-efficiency thermal conductivity and high parameters of electrical insulation strength for LED matrices and multi-chip power electronics modules.
  • Developed  the technology for the formation of inorganic membrane structures based on anodic alumina wih high density of homogeneous capillary pores for multifunctional filtration devices, optical and sensory applications, and template synthesis of nanocomposite materials.

More than 130 scientific publications, including over 30 papers in international journals, more than 100 conference papers, and three patents.
