  • Study of chemical and electrochemical processes of the creation of unique metal/nanostructured silicon materials to develop devices based on plasmonic effects

 

PRODUCTS

 

2020 – 2022 PROJECTS

Scientific and technical projects are carried out within the framework of international and national programs, including jointly with partners.

1. Two-dimensional and three-dimensional plasmonic nanostructures based on noble metals and porous silicon for detecting single molecules by giant combinated Raman spectroscopy.

2. Platform development for precision control of macromolecular objects using dielectrophoresis.

3. Formation and properties of colloidal quantum wells and transparent polymer films for integral photonic sensors.
