    - Based on single-electron tunneling effect
    - Based on resonant tunneling effect
    - Based on quantum wires
    - Based on carbon nanotubes, graphene
  • Research related to the application of nanotechnology in medicine and biology, as well as to the creation of nano- and microelectromechanical devices for various purposes
  • Nanoelectronic device simulation system NANODEV:
    - simulation subsystem for single-electron devices SET-NANODEV
    - simulation subsystem for resonant-tunnelling devices RTS-NANODEV
    - simulation subsystem for quantum wires-based devices QW-NANODEV
