FIELD OF EXPERTISE

1. Physics and modeling of devices and device structures of the following types:
  • bipolar and unipolar elements and microelectronic circuits,
  • based on the single-electron tunneling effect,
  • based on the resonant tunneling effect,
  • on quantum wires,
  • including carbon nanotubes, graphene.
2. Physics of gravitational phenomena (theoretical studies related to the development of the gravitational interaction theory).

3. Nanotechnology for medical and biological applications, creation of nano- and microelectromechanical devices for various purposes.

4. System for modeling nanoelectronic devices NANODEV:
  • subsystem for modeling structures based on the single-electron tunneling effect  SET-NANODEV,
  • subsystem for modeling structures based on the resonant tunneling effect  RTS-NANODEV,
  • subsystem for modeling structures based on the quantum interference effect  QW-NANODEV.
