R&D LAB 4.5 «NANOPHOTONICS»

FIELD OF EXPERTISE

  • Synthesis and physicochemical studies of small-sized nanoelectronic and nano-sized photonic structures:
    - Sol-gel film structures
    - Luminescent structures with optical anisotropy and two-colour images based on porous anodic aluminum oxide
    - Film structures containing SiGe quantum points
    - Power-independent memory condenser structures and elements, including quantum points and magnetic ferroelectrics
    - Film devices converting X-ray radiation into visible light
    - Photocatalitically-active films for water purification systems
    - Nanostructured silicon powders with high-melting-point metals for combustion and photocatalysis

PRODUCTS

2020 – 2023 PROJECTS

Scientific and technical projects are carried out within the framework of international and national programs, including jointly with partners.

1. Up-conversion mechanisms in nanostructured powders and film structures with rare-earth elements Er and Yb.

2. Synthesis and optical properties of one-dimensional photonic crystals based on barium titanate xerogel for optical environmental sensors.
