Synthesis and physicochemical studies of small-sized nanoelectronic and nano-sized photonic structures:
- Sol-gel film structures
- Luminescent structures with optical anisotropy and two-colour images based on porous anodic aluminum oxide
- Film structures containing SiGe quantum points
- Power-independent memory condenser structures and elements, including quantum points and magnetic ferroelectrics
- Film devices converting X-ray radiation into visible light
- Photocatalitically-active films for water purification systems
- Nanostructured silicon powders with high-melting-point metals for combustion and photocatalysis
PRODUCTS
- Formation technology of image indicator on aluminium
- Formation technology of germanium cluster in films of polycrystal germanium-doped silicon
2020 – 2023 PROJECTS
Scientific and technical projects are carried out within the framework of international and national programs, including jointly with partners.
1. Up-conversion mechanisms in nanostructured powders and film structures with rare-earth elements Er and Yb.
2. Synthesis and optical properties of one-dimensional photonic crystals based on barium titanate xerogel for optical environmental sensors.
