ELECTROCHEMICAL ALUMINUM OXIDE TECHNOLOGY FOR CREATING ELECTRONIC DEVICES



 

 

 

 

 

 

PURPOSE

Electrochemical aluminum oxide technology is used to create a wide spectrum of electronic devices with improved mass, heat and mechanical characteristics, highly reliable and stable parameters, as well as hardness against various electromagnetic radiations. The following electronic units may be fabricated using this technology:

  • Аl-anodized substrates
  • multi-level interconnection systems
  • Аl-anodized frames
  • devices based on regular nano-sized structures
  • microwave devices of millimetre ranges 
  • thin-filmed temperature sensors 
  • thin-filmed heating elements based on Аl-anodized substrates
