PRODUCTS

2020 – 2022 PROJECTS

Scientific and technical projects are carried out within the framework of international and national programs, including jointly with partners.

1. Development of formation processes and study of the electrokinetic properties of nanoparticles with a metal graphene structure in organic ibuprofen, indomethacin, and naproxen complexes to improve anti-inflammatory and antiproliferative effects in oncological diseases.

2. Formation and luminescent properties of film structures from two-dimensional crystals of hexagonal carbon nitride.

3. Investigation of broadband triboelectric nanogenerators based on wear-resistant nano- and microstructures.

4. Investigation of ordered metal nanostructures for surface plasmon resonance and devices based on it.

5. Highly sensitive biosensors based on porous silicon.

6. Formation of titan anodic oxide nanostructured films with hydrophilic properties.

7. Formation of nanosized films of tantalum oxide by electrochemical anodisation and study of their electret properties.
