|
PURPOSE
Technology and software for non-linear behaviour simulation of radio-receiver operation in severe electromagnetic environment (DNA-EMC) are used for EMC analysis in complex on-board and land-based radio system, as well as for simulation of radio-receivers' operation in severe electromagnetic environment (EME).
APPLICATION AREA
- Solving EMC problems of radio equipment of various purposes and services
- EMC expert examination
- Analysis of radio systems efficiency and radio receivers' behavior simulation in severe EME
PECULIARITIES
- optimal choice of mathematical models and technologies for modeling signal and interference transformations in the receiving radio path - linear transformations in the frequency domain and nonlinear transformations in the time domain;
- the possibility of using polynomial models of high orders of non-linear transfer characteristics of radio receivers and their components - 21-29 orders and higher;
- use of original dichotomous algorithms for recognizing sources of non-linear interference (intermodulation, etc.).
ADVANTAGES
- Extra-high computational efficiency (on 100-1000 times and more!)
- Can be used for EMC & EMP analysis in an extremely severe EME formed by thousands of modulated signals of all radio services (communication, radar, etc.)
- Account for the combined influence of all major types of linear and nonlinear effects (intermodulation, desensitization, cross-modulation, reciprocal mixing, AM-AM & AM-PM conversion, spurious responses, nonlinear beams of antenna arrays)
- Simulation in an ultra-wide frequency band (0 – 40 GHz, with possibility of unlimited extension) and with an ultra-high dynamic range (>300 dB)
- High accuracy of nonlinearity representation - possibility to use high-order polynomial models of nonlinearity (up to the order 21-25 and higher) for increasing the reliability of EMC & EMP analysis
- Special procedure for identification of sources of nonlinear EM destruction (intermodulation, desensitization, cross-modulation, spurious responses, etc.)
