PORTABLE VIBRATION CONTROL DEVICE OF KB-1000 SERIES



 

 

 

 

 

 

PURPOSE

Portable vibration control device KB-1000 is designed for rapid measuring of vibrations of rotary mode mechanisms. The use of the device does not require special user qualifications.

The portable vibration control device is the most effective for the periodical control of vibration parameters of the auxiliary equipment of the turbin units and other mechanisms when the usage of the fixed continuous vibration control equipment is pointless.

 

DEVICE COMPONENTS

  • primary detector converting the mechanical vibrations in electric voltage signals connected with the measuring module
  • measuring module converting the electric signals into digital form, processing them according to the original algorithms and displaying the measurements on the active panel 
  • charging device used for charging electric batteries of the measuring module

Primary detector has a magnetic connector and can be mounted onto the metal parts of the mechanisms under control. Technical design of the primary detector allows using it in the wide temperature range and at high humidity. Measuring module is produced from the special high-strength alligations and can be exposed to the mechanical and heat shock in use.
