SYSTEM OF VIBRATION CONTROL AND PROTECTION OF "LUKOML" SERIES



 

 

 

 

 

 

PURPOSE

System of vibration control and protection "Lukoml" is designed for continuous control and electronic registration of vibrations of bearing supports of heating and condensing turbine units.

 

SYSTEM COMPONENTS

  • vibration sets converting mechanical oscillations into electric voltage signals
  • subsystem of phase synchronization of vibration changes which complete the computing function of the phase mark signal of the location of the shafting on its each rotation and transmission to the data collector unit
  • data collector making necessary transformations before inputting the electric signals of signal analogues, coming from the outputs of vibration sets, into the vibration monitor
  • vibration monitor making the analogous transformation of vibration signals into digital ones and their processing according to the original algorithms, as well as reflecting the current vibration condition of the turbine unit
  • signalling and indicating system of critical conditions of the controlled turbine unit, connected with the vibration monitor, which turns on performance components for the automatic turn-off of the turbine unit when a pre-emergency situation is detected

PECULIARITIES

  • system carries out additional measurings of vibration parameters for the diagnostics of technical condition of the turbine unit
  • system carries out signalling functions when the vibration threshold level is exceeded and automatic protection turn-off when a pre-emergency situation is detected
