SINGLE-CHANNEL VIBRATION METER WITH VIBRATION SHUTDOWN FUNCTION VPS1109



 

 

 

 

 

 

PURPOSE

Single-channel vibration meter with protective shutdown functions through vibration VPS1109 is designed to shutdown the supply voltage of the drive of the mechanism in a stationary mode when there is a vibration in the case of the mechanism, which could lead to the breakdown of its main components and parts.

The device is an additional technological unit of centrifugal equipment and mechanisms with rotational motion (crushers, centrifuges, pumps, motors, generators, etc.).

 

DEVICE COMPONENTS

  • primary converter of guarded construction, connected to the expert unit with a general cable connection at a distance up to 50 m away
  • expert unit processing vibration information, conducting rapid assessments of the degree of vibration loading of the mechanism and generating protective shutdown signals
  • switching arrangement with a mounting kit for mechanical and electrical installation of the product
  • secondary power supply that converts primary AC voltage of 220 V to the levels necessary to power the low-voltage circuits of the expert unit and the primary converter
